Présentation Je suis une jeune camerounaise engagée dans la promotion de l'amélioration de la position économique et sociale des coouches vulnérables et plus particulièrement des femmes, des jeunes et des minorités autochtones. Je travaille dans une ONG appelée APIFED dans les régions du centre, du Sud et de l'est Cameroun. Je sollicite échanges,appui/conseil etc. de toute personne oeuvrant pour l'amélioration des conditions de vie et la gestion durable des ressources naturelles pour une meilleure atteinte de nos objectifs.

Organisation's Goal
Vision: Be a benchmark organisation, both nationally and internationally, for the promotion of gender equity. Mission: Contribute to improving the social and economic position of vulnerable social groups in general, with a specific focus on women, unemployed young people and indigenous minorities with a view to genuinely involving them in sustainable development. Objectives: - promote gender equity in the access to decision-making and resource-management positions; - provide vulnerable groups in general with an education and vocational training leading to jobs or self-employment; - train and/or build the organisational and leadership capacities of vulnerable groups, in particular women, young people and indigenous minorities; - build the capacity for empowerment of vulnerable groups; - undertake advocacy and lobbying actions with a view to incorporating the interests of women, young people and indigenous minorities into development policies, programmes and projects; - support target groups in the development of sustainable development initiatives and projects.
